Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Last night, I saw lot of friends from Belgium wrote on their forum about a horrific site.

On this site, I found lot of shit about me.
I quote:

Second quote: No for Shoko per France, she is a horrible pretentious and complaining all the time.

Third quote: Come on... Shoko is a fraud and a drama queen... lost almost all of her friends because of her bullshitting everyone...

It's so painfull... Am I "horrible pretentious"?
Am I drama queen?...I complain about wicked people yes, because nobody wish to be treat one day....

I just want to do what I like...share with people characters I like.
I am not pretentious, I have no self-esteem....I admire work of other people.

It's so cruel...
By the past I lost friends, yes because there were tensions.
I am not a drama queen.

It's just human to feel hurt when someone treat you bad.
I feel bad now.I don't understand why people are like that.
Cosplay is just a passion, not an " epic run to victory".
How people can judge other like that?

In this site (4chan), lot of friends were treated too... (fat, ugly, not " skilled" and more more more...it's so wicked... I feel bad for them.)

I hope you don't mind a random person commenting here.

I haven't looked at 4chan to see if I am on there. but I have been torn to shreds by gamers and Star Wars fans locally and internationally. Basically called old and fat, but in less polite terms.

It really is a case of intimidation. I found your journal because of your work which is lovely (wish there was more in progress stuff as I am a nosey nosey person who is in to costuming for making not wearing

) so people expect you to be totally up yourself when you are that good. It's a preemptive strike on their part.

Also, it's so easy to make nasty comments, much harder to make a compliment and mean it. So those who say mean things are really not worth the time. I have to remind myself of this too

I know it hurts sometimes. I get dissed a lot for stupid reasons too, so I know the feeling. I grew up getting bullied and I can assure you that I know it's not fun!

Sometimes, people do not understand us - how we enjoy things that we do which is cosplay. People will always find fault in us just because they want to. People will always criticize but sometimes they forget the good things about a person or a costume.

Well, Ive been also subjected to cosplay criticism and sometimes I resent it because what they were saying is completely off. They just criticize without any research and proper information on the character I was cosplaying. Anyway, I didn't mind them because i know that I've done well and that I admittingly will have to improve the costumes I make.

So instead of stressing myself over matters I have no control of, I didn't bother. Stress will only cause me wrinkles. LOL.

As long as you know that what you're doing is right and that you're not stepping on anyone then I say forget about it.It's you who know yourself more and I believe your friends know you better.

Let us not level ourselves with them. We as the more understanding being should understand them more.They need it. LOL.

I know how you feel. I'm even more often a victim on 4chan (after every new costume, but I really don't know why) I just want to have fun and share some stuff with others.
But I also know that it hurts a lot. People say stupid things about you which aren't the truth just to ruin your work you've done. When I look at you, I can clearly say, THEY ARE JEALOUS! You are so talented and sexy and wonderful! There is absolutely nothing to bitch about. But 4chan is usually searching for the smallest reasons to bash you into pieces. Because they have no lifes and don't gain enough attention. Everything is about attention :<
But we just wan't to have fun and show everyone our love to the characters we are cosplaying. Pls, don't let them win in a stupid internet-fight. They would never have the guts to say it to you in person because they have no character and no real love for their hobby.
